Prerequisites:
Participants should be very experienced dinghy sailors, physically fit and agile, and weighing no more than 90kg.
Equipment:
We will provide semi dry neoprene suits 4-5 mm or summer suits with 3/4 mm and life jackets depending on the season and water temperature and of course the radio helmet. Please bring your own neoprene shoes that reach above the ankles.

Die Teilnehmer sollten sehr erfahrene Jollensegler sein, körperlich fit und beweglich und maximal 90kg schwer.
Ausrüstung:
Wir stellen je nach Jahreszeit und Wassertemperatur Semitrockene Neoprenazüge 4-5 mm oder Sommeranzüge mit 3/4 mm und Schwimmwesten zur Verfügung und natürlich den Funkhelm. Bitte selbst Neoprenschuhe, die über die Knöchel reichen mitbringen.
Kurszeiten:
Die Kurszeiten sind windahängig und werden täglich neu festgelegt und um 8.20 Uhr auf der Service-Seite -mobil.stickl.com online gestellt.
